FAQ

Do you have a cellar door?

We are not capable of hosting visitors at our winery, this website acts as our cellar door.

What is minimal intervention wine?

Our philosophical approach is one of purity, we strive to make fine wines of place with as little intervention as possible. In order to achieve this, we work with sustainably farmed, organic certified grapes. In the cellar we forgo interventions such as commercial yeasts, filtration, fining and the use of chemicals (aside from a very small amount of Sulphur which is a preservative that also occurs naturally during the fermentation process).
